Developer Experience Engineer

Sellrbox builds AI-powered seller tools in-house, and the quality of our internal and external developer experience is what lets us ship fast. We're looking for a Developer Experience Engineer to improve our toolchain, streamline integrations with marketplace APIs, and make our engineering team more productive.

You'll work across our platform, from Astra's advertising intelligence engine to our marketplace data pipelines, ensuring that our internal tools are well-documented, our APIs are clean, and our integrations with Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms are rock-solid.

This is a role for someone who thinks deeply about developer ergonomics and has strong opinions about what makes a great internal platform. You'll ship code, write docs, and shape how our engineering team builds.

In this role, you will…

• Own and improve our internal tooling ensuring our engineering team has fast, reliable tools for building and deploying AI-powered seller features

• Build and maintain marketplace integrations across Amazon SP-API, Advertising API, Walmart, and other platform connectors that power our tools

• Write and maintain documentation that engineers actually want to read. Clear architecture docs, API references, and onboarding guides.

• Design internal API surfaces in collaboration with the product team, advocating for clean interfaces and developer ergonomics

• Build CI/CD and testing infrastructure that gives the team confidence to ship quickly without breaking things

• Instrument and measure developer productivity so we can quantify improvements and identify friction points in the engineering workflow

You'll be a great fit if you…

• You're a developer who cares about other developers. You've felt the pain of bad docs, flaky CI, and tangled integrations. You want to fix that.

• You're a strong writer. Technical writing is a core skill, not an afterthought. You can explain complex systems clearly.

• You know your way around APIs. REST, GraphQL, webhooks: you've built integrations with third-party platforms and know the pitfalls.

• You have platform engineering taste. You have opinions about service boundaries, data pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.

• You ship fast. You bias toward getting things in front of the team and iterating based on feedback.

• You're curious about e-commerce. You don't need to be a marketplace expert, but you're interested in the domain and willing to learn how Amazon's ecosystem works.
