Executive Assistant

Sellrbox is growing fast, and our founders need an exceptional Executive Assistant to help them stay focused on what matters most. This role is the operational backbone of the leadership team.

You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-timezone meetings between our US and China-based teams, handle travel logistics, and keep the gears of a fast-moving company turning smoothly. The best EAs don't just manage schedules. They anticipate needs and create leverage.

This is a high-trust role with direct access to the founding team. You'll see everything, know everything, and be trusted to handle it all with discretion and excellence.

In this role, you will…

• Manage executive calendars across US and Asia time zones, ensuring the founders' time is spent on the highest-impact activities

• Coordinate travel and events from client meetings to team offsites, handling every detail

• Serve as a communications hub triaging inbound requests, drafting responses, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

• Bridge cross-cultural communication between our US-based leadership and China-based operations, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams

• Own special projects that require cross-functional coordination: vendor sourcing, team events, supplier negotiations

• Build operational systems that scale with the company: templates, workflows, and processes that create leverage
