Ops Generalist

Sellrbox is at the stage where operational excellence can be a real multiplier. With teams across the US and China, and clients spanning multiple marketplaces, we need someone who can jump into any operational challenge, whether finance, legal, people ops, or supply chain coordination, and make things work.

As our Ops Generalist, you'll be the person who ensures the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. From vendor negotiations to compliance audits to cross-border logistics coordination, you'll handle the work that keeps a fast-growing e-commerce company on the rails.

This is a role for someone who loves variety, thrives in ambiguity, and takes pride in making complex things look simple.

In this role, you will…

• Manage day-to-day operations across finance, legal, HR, and compliance, acting as the connective tissue between these functions across our US and China teams

• Coordinate with external partners including accountants, lawyers, suppliers, logistics providers, and other vendors across multiple countries

• Own compliance and reporting ensuring we meet regulatory requirements across the jurisdictions and marketplaces where we operate

• Build operational infrastructure with processes, templates, and systems that scale as the team and client base grows

• Support the people function from onboarding new hires to managing benefits administration across different countries

• Handle special projects that don't fit neatly into anyone else's job description, making you the ultimate utility player
