Background
A collectibles seller with a catalog past 22,000 ASINs across three marketplaces. Inventory that turns constantly, with new listings arriving faster than any human could build campaigns for.
The challenge
At that scale, “managing your ads” stops being a job description and becomes a physical impossibility. The business was strong. Coverage was the wall.
What Astra changed
Astra built and maintained full-funnel structures across the entire catalog, automatically: every new ASIN gets campaigns, every campaign gets the daily cycle, winners promoted, waste negated, budgets paced.
Results
The catalog averaged over $1M a month in ad sales across the trailing twelve months. Over 9 months, the account ran at 8.4% ACOS on 15 hours of total human management, and went completely untouched for 23 of 37 weeks.
Fifteen hours over nine months works out to under half an hour a week, on a catalog doing over a million a month in ad sales.
Operator's note
Untouched for 23 of 37 weeks is not neglect; it's the point. The daily discipline ran every one of those days anyway. And a million a month in ad sales is what 22,000 ASINs look like when every one of them is actually managed.
